1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how returns/exchanges/refunds work for apparel, jewellery and bags.
2. Return/Exchange Window
- Apparel & Bags: return or exchange within {RETURNS_WINDOW} days of delivery.
- Jewellery: {JEWELLERY_RETURN_RULE} (e.g., “only manufacturing defects within 2 days of delivery” / “non-returnable for hygiene”).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/labels/packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- {NON_RETURNABLE_LIST} (e.g., intimate wear, free gifts, customised/altered items, “final sale/clearance”).
- Any item showing wear, stains, perfume, damage, or missing tags/packaging.
4. Return Process
- Email template@letzshopy.in or WhatsApp {STORE_PHONE_WHATSAPP} within the return window with order number, reason and pictures (if damaged/defective).
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide pickup/drop instructions.
- On receipt and quality check (QC), we’ll approve the exchange/refund as applicable.
5. Return Shipping
- Wrong/defective item received: Template Store bears return shipping or offers a prepaid label.
- Other reasons (size issue/change of mind): return shipping is {RETURN_SHIPPING_RULE} (e.g., “customer-paid” / “Rs. {AMOUNT} deducted from refund”).
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refund to the original payment method (or store credit, on request) within {REFUND_TIMELINE} business days after QC approval.
- If any shipping/handling fee is non-refundable, we’ll mention it at checkout and here: {NON_REFUNDABLE_FEES_NOTE}.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund or store credit as you prefer.
8. Order Cancellations
- Allowed before dispatch—contact us at template@letzshopy.in.
- After dispatch, please use the returns process.
9. Damaged/Defective on Arrival
Please report within {DEFECT_REPORT_WINDOW} days with unboxing photos/videos. We’ll prioritise replacement or refund after verification.
10. Courier-Returned / Undelivered
If an order is returned to us due to address issues or repeated delivery attempts, we’ll contact you. Reshipment may attract additional shipping charges. If you choose a refund, we’ll deduct actual shipping costs.
